It all starts with a plan...

Before diving in, have a clear vision of what you want the 1st closet that you see when you enter your home, to store. Next empty and sort, take everything out of the closet, use a rolling rack to hang items so you can clearly look at everything objectively.Categorize items like coats, winter shoes and boots, umbrellas , scarfs and gloves into separate piles and then the fun really begins ...ruthlessly sort out the items that you haven’t worn (or used) in 2 years into a donation pile for your favorite charity.Give yourself 48 hours to drop off or the items or have them picked up so you can see the progress before you tackle your next closet!
